Site Design Group/California Skateparks have another skatepark in the works in Downtown NYC to somewhat contrast the Pier 62 park that is mostly bowls and big transition. This park will be more street orientated and appears to be coming on along quite nicely.
Prizefighter Cutlery's coming in real hot for summer this year. 3 new wheels, 2 new shirts and a Limited Edition Andy Kessler board (a portion of the proceeds to go the Andy Kessler Foundation).

The Astoria park seems to be coming along nicely. According to Tom from Who Skates, he said the park should be completed by mid to late August. Some other parks they have done lately are the Bronx, NY, Saugerties, NY, Jackson, NJ, and Windsor Locks, CT.
Check some pics of the park here!

Congratulations to Andy Po and the rest of the Homebase/Bethlehem/Allentown skate scene for making this dream become reality. It's been a long battle and today marks an epic accomplishment in the record books forever. For more information on this weekend's events, visit the Homebase site.
Much love and respect from the Kuato Lives crew!
