Steve Z sent these pics over last week of what appears to be Site Design Group's/California Skatepark's newest project out in Far Rockaway. This park is lookin' good and will sure be an upgrade from the one metal/pre fab park that's already out there!

Wen is going to be open
Just got word that a soft opening will be sometime in August, but most likely be fully open to the public in September.
and is there going to be another skate park in far rockaway i heard from people

is it open yet?! I live in eastern suffolk county and don't want to drive all the way out there for no reason.
